Technology has changed the way people interact with each other forever and is now part of our everyday lives. With it being so ingrained into our lives, are we sacrificing our well-being, our connection to ourselves and our connection with nature.

For thousands of years, ancient and native cultures have used fire practices to transform, purify and create, while indigenous cultures have been infusing this sacred element with prayers, reverence, and intention as a means to connect with the Divine.

It is known that fire is a powerful, purifying element that invites us to make physical and emotional offerings. Whether releasing anything that no longer is serving you or manifesting something new into creation, fire is an effective tool for shifting and facilitating change.

At IWR we believe in approaching challenges with intention and applying it into our daily lives, connecting with ourselves and others, creating a strong community so we can live healthier, happier lives. We have found coupling fire with our ice baths, which gives us to the chance to also connect with the water element of nature, gives us an even stronger bond and connection to re set and re focus.

Our Fire & Ice Events will also include Wim Hof breathing techniques and meditation not only prepares you both mentally and physically for the cold, but teaches us how we can apply it to daily challenges and help you overcome adversities.

There will be numerous Fire & Ice Events which include day or overnight options on the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast Hinterlands.
