    These sessions are held outside, ideally at a private and relaxed park or outdoor area. We teach you and take you through an incredible breath work technique in preparation for the ice bath where you typically will do 3 to 5 rounds depending on your time and needs.

    This is an amazing breathing technique that not only prepares us both mentally and physically for the cold, but teaches us how we can apply it to daily challenges and help us overcome adversities.

    These Ice Bath & Breath Sessions leave you feeling energised, relaxed and motivated to take on anything.

    Our state of the art mobile spas provide a tranquil inviting space that comes direct to you where people can relax and recovery alternating between the hot and cold spas.
